Role and responsibilities
Responsible for overall performance and management of the team assigned Responsible for 2-3 projects, concurrently People management that includes responsibility of performance evaluation, training, discipline, career pathing of all team members Proactive communication with client, ensuring all client requirements are met and reports are submitted on time Set goals for team members and communicate it to the team Ensuring all the key metrices are met including productivity, utilization, quality score, attendance, adherence to timelines Management Reporting: - Reports required by management relating to performance, costs, efficiency, utilization are shared with stake holders on time Actively work on skill development, engagement and retention of team members...
