Manage enterprise-wide retirement plans that are administered and/or coordinated through the retirement service department. Plans and implement the organization's retirement benefit strategy, including plan design, employee education, communication and policy development so outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization's workforce management strategies. Responsible for proper governance and compliance structure for retirement plans, including risk management, process controls, contribution and payment reconciliation, data management, legal and regulatory compliance, reporting and service delivery.
