About the RoleThe HR Manager, Benefits Administration is responsible for the effective administration of employee benefits programmes, supporting the University's annual performance management cycle, and driving continuous improvements in HR processes and systems. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and HR team members to ensure efficient, compliant, and employee‑centric HR operations.
