Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the role of Manager / Assistant Manager for a leading company in the FMCG. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, MIS reporting, reconciliations, statutory compliances, inventory coordination, and financial reporting activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams. Job Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations. Prepare and analyze MIS reports, profitability reports, and cash flow statements. Monitor receivables, payables, and debtor ageing. Manage stock reconciliation and inventory control activities. Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for stock and billing-related matters.
