Manager: AI Value Realisation Engineer (D)

This is a 6 – month contract with our client in the Fintech industry. We are seeking an objective, analytical Manager: AI Value Realisation Engineer to establish financial and operational discipline across our AI ecosystem.

Key Performance Areas

• Value Framework Design: Build and maintain standard methodologies to accurately quantify AI impact across revenue uplift, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and productivity gains.
• Benefits Tracking & Validation: Audit and track realized AI benefits against original business cases, clearly separating direct AI‑attributed ROI from indirect, correlated business noise.
• Value Leakage Diagnosis: Proactively hunt down gaps between forecast and actual value. Identify root causes of leakage—whether due to low user adoption, process friction, model limitations, or cloud cost overruns—and recommend corrective action.
