Manager, Agency Training Support and Services

Job Description

The position is responsible for managing Digital Training, Learning Engagement Support and Training Analytics Support of the Agency Distribution Channel. The role works with stakeholders to launch and maintain new digital tools and applications, organize learning events to support company/sales goals, and provide data analysis reports valuable to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads the team in the overall function to support Agency Learning & Development and Distribution Team related to digital training tools, events and assemblies, data analysis, and administrative and logistics.
• Handles the Digital Learning Academy, digital tools/applications, and non-conventional training interventions to support all agency segments.
• Researches various tools and software for stakeholder ease of doing business.
