The RISE Program is designed to accelerate high-potential early-career talent into real leadership roles through hands-on experience and structured development:
- 3 months → Supervisor.
- 6 months → Department Manager.
- 12–18 months → Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager.
Progression is based on individual performance, readiness, and business needs.
