Position Overview

The Management Trainee – Learning & Development will provide operational support for the effective planning, execution, tracking, and continuous improvement of Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, and Organizational Development initiatives across the organization. The role will ensure smooth coordination of activities, accurate record management, and timely stakeholder engagement to support business and people objectives.
