Management Trainee- Finance (UAEN)

This is developmental role designed to provide a comprehensive exposure to hotel finance operations. Through a structured training program, the trainee will rotate across key finance functions, gaining hands‑on experience in financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, income auditing, cost control, budgeting, and compliance. Working closely with the Finance leadership team, the trainee will develop technical, analytical, and leadership skills to prepare for future supervisory and management roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across the Finance department, including General Cashiering, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Income Audit, Cost Control, General Ledger, and Financial Planning.
