Job Summary:

The Management Trainee is designed to develop future leaders within Toyota Dipolog by providing hands‑on exposure to dealership operations, with a strong focus on auto servicing management, leadership development, and customer satisfaction. This role prepares the trainee for supervisory or managerial positions through structured training, rotational assignments, and performance‑based learning, while upholding Toyota's standards of quality, efficiency, and customer care.
