Management Information System Staff

The MIS Specialist is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s Management Information Systems to ensure efficient operations, data accuracy, and reliable network performance. The role includes providing technical support, conducting system analysis, and preparing reports to support informed decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing MIS.
• Generate and review reports on system and business performance.
• Ensure stable operation of network, internet, and transactional systems.
• Conduct user training and assist with hardware/software concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on system upgrades and testing.
