Management Couple

This is a hands-on, all-encompassing role for people who thrive off the beaten track. Preferably a Lodge Manager/Trails Guide duo, the couple will jointly oversee daily operations across the expedition camp, an adjoining research camp, and a student accommodation house, working closely with the reserve's wider team.

Shared Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across the expedition camp, research camp, and student house
• Maintain all properties to a high standard of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality
• Deliver personalised, exceptional guest experiences
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, activities, and special requests
• Manage staff schedules, performance, training, and development
• Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requirements, with regular property inspections
