Management Couple

This is a hands-on, all-encompassing role for people who thrive off the beaten track. Preferably a Lodge Manager/Trails Guide duo, the couple will jointly oversee daily operations across the expedition camp, an adjoining research camp, and a student accommodation house, working closely with the reserve's wider team.
Shared Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across the expedition camp, research camp, and student house
Maintain all properties to a high standard of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality
Deliver personalised, exceptional guest experiences
Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, activities, and special requests
Manage staff schedules, performance, training, and development
Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requirements, with regular property inspections
Foster a positive team culture aligned with the reserve's values
