As a Management Assistant you will:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling and meeting coordination
- Organise international business travel and logistics
- Prepare executive-level documents and board meeting packs
- Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential correspondence, calls and information flow
- Ensure smooth administrative operations and team coordination
A successful Management Assistant should have following profile:
- 3+ years' experience as Management Assistant / Executive Assistant
- Fluent in English and strong French communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Outlook and MS Office tools
- Discreet, proactive and comfortable in high-pressure environments
