Management and Program Analyst

Summary The position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Capitol Grounds and Arboretum (CGA). The Analyst performs tasks in support of program and administrative functions including budgeting and financial management, procurement and inventory controls, advising management on effective strategic program operations, program analysis and special projects. Responsibilities The position involves providing analyses and advice to managers on the evaluation of the effectiveness of programs and operations or the productivity and efficiency of service or both. Financial Management Utilizes knowledge of the substantive nature of agency programs and activities; agency missions, policies and objectives; management principles and processes; and the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development or execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
