Summary This position is located in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), Office of Coast Survey (OCS), with one vacancy in Silver Spring, MD. Responsibilities As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Lead efforts at the Office of Coast Survey (OCS) to provide programs with consultative services in one or more of the following areas: classification, recruitment/staffing, senior executive staffing, awards, pay/compensation, benefits, performance management, workforce policy, workforce strategic/succession planning, time and attendance, or workforce data and analytics. Assess, formulate, and develop strategies, practices, and guidelines on improving all elements of NOS's human resources programs.
