MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Manpower Strategy Branch, Manpower and Reserve Affairs, HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will serve as the Action Officer responsible for documenting, analyzing, and providing recommendations to enhance personnel administration management. You will provide recommendations to enhance Financial Management processes effecting the Marine Corps Total Force System (MCTFS) and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) accounting system, and generalized risk management principles. You will participate in and lead enterprise/local audit analyses, Business Process Improvement (BPI) projects, training, or initiatives.
