Management and Program Analyst

Summary Serves as Management and Program Analyst for the Distribution Group (AJW-L600), Technical Support Team (AJW-L610). Responsibilities Performs multiple and varying assignments under the limited direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. Conducts studies, analyses, surveys of programmatic, administrative, and management methods, processes and procedures to resolve issues or problems of a procedural or factual nature. lnterviews program managers and employees to obtain information about administrative, management and/or programmatic requirements, issues, and activities. Researches, gathers, assembles, analyzes and consolidates administrative, management and/or programmatic information and data ensuring overall accuracy and consistency.
