Summary Serves as a Management and Program Analyst playing a critical role in planning, coordinating, reviewing and editing, organizing, and analyzing the management of documents, events, records, strategies, and services, identifying discrepancies in management processes and providing advice on process improvements. Responsibilities The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity. The duties may include, but are not limited to: Collects data, and conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate alternate methods for providing improved managerial services that contribute to organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
