Responsibilities Serves as a subject-matter expert on budget formulation and execution for the assigned activity in the Headquarters, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Chief of Staff (CoS), Business Management Office. Performs highly complex assignments as Senior Program Analyst involving major fiduciary responsibilities such as operating as Funds Holder for the Director's Staff Group, budget projects, programs and operations. As a Senior Management and Program Analyst, performs a wide range of professional, technical, administrative, and analytical duties connected with the formulation, justification, presentation, execution, And review of the CoS Portfolio program budget. Analyzes budgetary impact of new or revised legislation, policies, and procedures. Provides oversight of and support for a full range of budget functions.
