Management and Program Analyst

Summary Serves as a management and program analyst for the Planning and Requirements Group at the Western Service Center of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Responsibilities This position provides a wide range of administrative and analytical duties in the conduct of projects and studies of substantive functions to improve the overall work operations of the organization assigned. Assignments cover one or more of the following functional areas: program planning, execution and control (i.e., program/system planning and evaluation] program performance measurement); management improvement and control (i.e., quality management, organizational planning and development, staffing utilization, productivity, work improvement and work methods, work measurement and staffing standards development, delegation of authority, goals and objectives, and records and information management); and business management.
