Management and Program Analyst

Summary The incumbent works in a team environment providing advice and guidance to other team members in the areas of workforce planning and related ATO policy. Performs multiple, varying, and complex assignments under the minimal direction of a manager or higher level professional. Oversees work of lower level staff, helping to resolve complex issues and day-to-day issues. Responsibilities Provides advice to management on the correlation of ATO policies and practices applicable to workforce planning, monitors and coordinates activities within the team in support of ATO strategic goals associated with workforce planning. The incumbent serves as the primary focal point overseeing special projects as well as ensuring routine work is accomplished for assigned LOB. Supports maintaining current trend information of staffing activities that is utilized in forecast of workforce requirements.
