Summary About the Position: This position is located in the Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army, Office of the Director, Army Space and Facilities Management. It is responsible for space management of all Army owned and leased facilities within the National Capital Region. Responsibilities Serves as Supervisory Space Management Officer and senior assistant to the Director, Army Space and Facilities Management. Recommends and prepares the HQDA position on the project, identifying necessary changes in or exceptions to policies and regulations. Conducts periodic surveys of all Army space assignments and Space Management and Engineering survey reports to determine space utilization and recommends the release of space not being fully used.
