Management Analyst (Veterans Service Center)

Summary This position is in the VA Regional Office (VARO). The selectee is assigned to the Veterans Service Center (VSC) and reports to the Veterans Service Center leadership. The primary purpose of this position is to provide objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative aspects of organizational operations and management. The incumbent performs a variety of substantive analytical, planning, training, evaluative, budgetary, and advisory work. Responsibilities Performs a variety of complex analytical activities to evaluate, develop, advise, and promote improvement in station managerial and personnel policies, practices, methods, procedures, and organizational structures.
