Management Analyst

Summary The Management Analyst is in the Planning, Correspondence, and Performance Management section of the Office of Integrity and Compliance (OIC), which aligns under the Assistant Deputy Under Secretary for Health and Risk Management within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). Responsibilities Thoroughly reviews reports received or prepared by the Office of Integrity and Compliance for signature, completeness, coherence, clarity, accuracy and compliance with established policy. Ensures the appropriate services have the opportunity to review and/or comment on reports and feedback is incorporated appropriately. Design and implement comprehensive evaluation plans for programs, detailing methodologies, data collection process, and reporting formats to ensure accurate assessment of program outcomes and impact.
