MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary You will serve as the Limited Duty (LIMDU) and Disability Evaluation System (DES) Program Manager for Personnel Plans and Policy (N14) on the headquarters staff of Commander, Submarine Force Atlantic, Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities You will be responsible for personnel planning, oversight, and management of LIMDU/Transient personnel to ensure that these Sailors are fully integrated into assigned commands. You will lead, plan, coordinate, and execute strategic actions supporting the integration of LIMDU/Transient personnel distribution solutions throughout COMSUBLANT and its subordinate commands and manage LIMDU/Transient personnel manning actions. You will plan and conduct comprehensive in-depth analysis, reviews, and assessments of Submarine Force LIMDU/Transient personnel distribution.
