About the Role
In this key position, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support both operational and strategic decision‑making. You’ll play a central role in ensuring financial discipline, strong cost control, and improved business performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock ageing, and support stocktakes.
- Analyse gross profit, pricing impacts, and overall profitability.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles and track performance against targets.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital.
- Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights for pricing and commercial decisions.
- Ensure compliance, strong internal controls, and support audit processes.
