Provide post‐go‐live System Consulting and Administration support for multiple clients.
Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and how to's.
Consulting on best practices and overall solutions based on requirements.
Data imports and exports using APEX Data Loader.
Ad‐hoc training of end‐users and administrators.
Analysis and deployment of new product features.
Maintenance of production and sandbox environments.
