Mall Operations Technician – M&E & Troubleshooting

ALLGREEN PROPERTIES LIMITED is seeking a Technician for Pasir Ris Mall. You will assist in the day-to-day operational management and ensure optimal building systems operation. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, addressing tenant requests, and supervising contractors.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a shopping mall environment, and possess a NITEC certificate in related disciplines. The position requires working on rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
