Mall Guest Experience Specialist

Aldar is seeking a Customer Service Representative at Al Hamra Mall. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to guests, greeting them warmly, and assisting with inquiries. You'll manage lost and found, handle communications, and ensure a smooth guest experience.
