Summary You will serve as a Maintenance Worker for Pecos National Historical Park. Salary Range Information: First time hires to the federal government typically start at the beginning salary in the range for their respective grade level. WG-07: $26.34 (Step 1) to $30.71 (Step 5) per hour - Albuquerque-Santa Fe-Los Alamos, New Mexico (AQ) Wage Area Responsibilities Performs a variety of duties within the full spectrum of maintenance activities, including carpentry, painting, cement finishing, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical, masonry, janitorial, groundskeeping, roads, trails, and fence repair. Diagnoses and repairs deficiencies on buildings, structures, equipment, and utilities. Uses common tools to perform a variety of basic repairs and maintenance, plus operates small gas and electric power tools such as sanders, saws, riding and push-type mowers, and snowblowers.
