Your role:
As a Maintenance Worker V, you will play an important role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facility. Working under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll perform skilled trades work approaching the journeyman level in areas such as electrical, plumbing, painting, and general building maintenance, while also providing guidance and support to Maintenance Workers and other designated staff. Your responsibilities will include constructing and repairing walls, floors, ceilings, windows, furniture, and cabinetry, as well as completing plastering, painting, and finishing work for renovations and ongoing maintenance.
