Maintenance Worker

Join our team at Lincoln Tech, where we are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Professional to help maintain the safety, appearance, and functionality of our campus facilities. This position reports directly to the Facilities Manager.

The successful candidate will respond to work orders, address maintenance issues, perform preventive maintenance, and complete assigned projects efficiently. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position, with occasional evening, Saturday, or Sunday work as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs
+ Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and furniture repairs
+ Service and maintain onsite equipment and machinery
+ Conduct monthly building, equipment, and safety inspections
