Maintenance Worker **$500 HIRING BONUS**

Jazz Lévis, a friendly private seniors' residence, is looking for someone to fill a full-time Maintenance Worker position. No CCQ cards required. You must be versatile and able to perform necessary tasks such as painting, plastering, etc. Group insurance, telemedicine, employee assistance program, and more.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours
Salary: $22.25 to $23.06 per hour

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• All other related tasks
• Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
• Change light bulbs in the common areas
• Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
• Clear and salt the entrances
• Maintain and clean the premises
