Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Lincolnton, NC

Schedule: 3rd shift 11pm-7am

Pay Rate: $28/hr

Key Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician:

Perform pre-operation checks, lubrication, and keep preventive maintenance records up to date

Monitor equipment performance and report issues to the Maintenance Manager while helping keep production running

Maintain tools, inventory, and ensure work areas and plant floors stay clean and organized
