Maintenance Technician

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Maintenance Technician will repair equipment during downtime situations, perform routine maintenance on equipment at scheduled intervals, and repair serviceable components offline. This team member is also expected to continuously evaluate equipment condition and seek opportunities for improving repair times and effectiveness.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Respond to production downtime requests in a timely manner with a focus on positive internal customer service.
• Troubleshoot faulty equipment to root cause, perform quality repairs as needed and escalate concerns to necessary departments.
• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on equipment, while documenting work in Maintenance Management System.
• Assist in the installation, modification, and relocation of equipment, including making connections to facility level utilities.
