**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment within our facility to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role is critical for minimizing downtime and ensuring the facility remains operational at all times.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform routine preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment as per the schedule to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
+ Inspect machines regularly for signs of wear or inefficiency and perform necessary adjustments, lubrication, and component replacements.
+ Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues on production and packaging equipment.
