**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems used in ingredient processing. The role requires working with various technologies to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with industry standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems used in ingredient processing.
+ Work with PLCs, motor controls, VFDs, and process sensors such as temperature, flow, and pressure.
+ Calibrate instruments like pressure, temperature, pH, and flow sensors to ensure accurate control and data collection in the fermentation process.
+ Support utility systems including boiler operations and steam distribution, compressed air systems, ammonia refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
+ Assist with equipment installations and upgrades.
