COME JOIN OUR TEAM! Titan Corp seeks maintenance technicians for growing property management company. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time off. Salary Negotiable but range is $24-25/hour.

The role of Maintenance Technician is to provide proper maintenance for the community, along with providing excellent customer service to all residents and prospects. Maintenance Technicians must wear complete uniform with I.D. badge when working on any Titan Corp. property at all times, including nights and weekends.

Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):

1. Complete all service requests within 24 hours, unless it requires extraordinary parts or labor.

2. Keep maintenance shop in a clean and orderly manner.

3. Monitor and operate compactor.

4. Help maintain grounds and streets free of litter.
