We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the quality and comfort of our apartment communities. You’ll play a critical role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents—all while working with a team that values hard work and good laughs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responding to maintenance requests – plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.


• Troubleshooting like a detective with a toolbelt


• Prepping units for new residents (we call it turning them into showstoppers)


• Maintaining property grounds, ensuring safety and curb appeal
