Maintenance Technician

This role plays a key part in ensuring the upkeep, safety, and smooth operation of our managed properties. The Maintenance Technician will handle a variety of building repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit turnover work, while maintaining clear communication with our management team and residents.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and completing assigned work orders through AppFolio
• Performing general maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related systems
• Supporting unit turnovers (painting, drywall, flooring, fixture replacement)
• Conducting preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Coordinating with vendors and assisting with move-in/move-out inspections
• Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
