Job Details
- Working Days: 6 days, Tue – Sun
- Working hours: 9am – 6pm
- Working Location: Beach Rd
- Salary: $2500 - $3500 (Depends on qualification & experience)
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, air‑conditioning units, door locks, water heaters, and bathroom fixtures.
- Respond promptly to guest repair requests and maintenance issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities.
- Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) according to the hotel's maintenance schedule.
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on pumps, motors, plumbing systems (e.g. toilets, basins, faucets, drains), and other hotel equipment.
- Repair or replace lamps, light fittings, switches, power sockets, door locks, door closers, and other minor electrical or mechanical components.
