Summary: Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests for SMOC properties as assigned. Maintenance may include the primary fields of electrical; heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC); carpentry; plumbing, painting, etc., in addition to basic repairs and upkeep of appliances and building hardware
