Maintenance Technician

Overview

GKN Aerospace is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

Job Responsibilities

• Exemplify a safety-first mindset and comply with GKN Aerospace Health, Safety and Environmental policies and standards.
• Ensure all machines and equipment are in good running condition and ready for production use.
• Provide daily support to operations for machine or equipment breakdowns.
• Ensure that TPM is conducted (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) for facilities and machine equipment.
• Train on daily and weekly TPM for all machines and equipment to production technicians.
• Ensure spare parts and consumables for machines and equipment are available to prevent long downtime.
• Perform multi-disciplined technical tasks to deliver improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
