**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician will perform both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on industrial production equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses heavily on hydraulics, pneumatics, and 480-volt 3-phase electrical systems, while also requiring the ability to read blueprints and schematics and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar heavy industrial environment.
+ Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, particularly with hydraulic systems.
+ Proven experience working with pneumatic systems in an industrial setting.
+ Hands-on experience with 480-volt 3-phase electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
