**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician III (Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Facilities Technician) maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role supports both industrial machinery and building infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and automation systems, while helping minimize downtime and maintain compliance with safety standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment such as conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and related components to improve reliability and extend equipment lifespan.
