**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on performing scheduled preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on a wide range of recycling equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation across multiple shifts and locations. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems while working closely with operations staff to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on recycling equipment, including balers, conveyors, shredders, sorting screens, optical sorters, eddy currents, and roll stock machinery.
+ Inspect equipment regularly to identify wear, potential failures, and safety concerns, and take corrective action to prevent breakdowns.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to quickly identify root causes of equipment problems.
