MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are an established Real Estate Management Company that manages over 150 investment properties throughout Oregon and Washington. As a team, we accomplish objectives through integrity, leadership, communication, trust, loyalty, quality, and commitment. We need a Part time maintenance technician in Hayden Idaho.

This is a part- time paid hourly with 401K, after 90 days, as well as 3 weeks PTO.

Job Summary: Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings, preforms unit turnovers, and maintains grounds by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Receives written orders or verbal instructions from supervisor.

Completes minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry projects as needed.
