**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Location: Greenville, SC**
**Pay Range: $25/hr**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Schedules and performs the maintenance of HVAC systems, changing filters and identifies any operational issues regarding the units.
+ Schedules and performs inspections and preventative maintenance on agency vehicles and schedules routine maintenance with the county garage or other vehicle services provider.
+ Schedules and performs maintenance duties on agency facilities including but not limited to basic plumbing, basic carpentry, painting, sheetrock repair, as well as other maintenance duties as assigned.
+ Responsible for prioritizing and completing submitted work orders in a timely manner.
+ Performs monthly safety inspections of all facilities and documents findings with recommendations to correct any identified problem areas, and assists with monthly safety drills.
