**Job Summary**

The Exterior Grounds Maintenance Tech 1 supports the Exterior Maintenance team in maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of outdoor areas throughout the facility. This role performs hands-on exterior work including landscaping, grounds cleanup, sidewalk and parking lot maintenance, and exterior building upkeep.
